He is survived by: his wife Rema; his son Govind (Jessica); and his siblings, Vimala, Gopakumar and Krishnakumar.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Green Acres Mortuary & Crematory (401 N Hayden Rd, Scottsdale, AZ 85257).
