She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Hubert Phillips and Annie Phillips; her former husband Randy Wall; her daughters, Cindia Adams (John), Cheryl Seamons (Cheston), Kimberly Rowe (Keith) and Toni Schiavetta; and her husband Walter Vance. She was also cherished by 3 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
