She was predeceased by: her husband Dr. Richard Carlisle; her parents, Theodore Peter and Gertrude Peter; her sister Valerie Crane; and her pet Kitty Witty.
She is survived by: her children, Cathleen (Tom), Christopher (Jessica), Kenneth (Megan), Kimberly (Bob) and Corinne "Cori" (Stephen); her grandchildren, Ryan, Aaron, Grace, Zach, Audra, Hannah, Kelsey, Connor, Hayden and Cade; and her pet Ophie. She is also survived by many relatives and friends.
