He was predeceased by: his parents, William Albert and Grace Burgan (Mathewson); and his brother Barry Burgan. He is survived by: his husband Tom Adams of Show Low, Arizona; and his siblings, Anne Perez (Bobby), Dana Burgan (Ginna), Erik Burgan, Faith Burgan, Ginger Chalfin (Anthony) and Ivan Burgan. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
