He is survived by his wife; 2 sons; 2 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild and 2 sisters.

In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to the White Mountain Hospice Foundation, PO Box 1975, Lakeside, Arizona 85929 in Michael's name.
