He is survived by: his daughter Mary Lou Lingle; his grandchildren, Liza Renee Lingle and Cameron Cruz Lara; and his siblings, Larry Lara, Lupe Cornidez and Sandy Quinonez. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
