It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Simuel Shaw Jr. (Sierra Vista, Arizona), who passed away on May 9, 2025, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Franklin and Simuel Shaw Sr.; and his wife Mary E. Shaw. He is survived by: his sister Stephanie A. Shaw; his children, Simuel, Denise and Michael; his grandchildren, Mercedez (Tae), Khalil, Darius, Ahmad and Kamau; and his siblings-in-law, Johnnie Shaw and John. He is also survived by nephews and nieces.
