She is survived by: her children, Kent Hornbacker (Sylvia), Kurt Hornbacker (Colleen) and Lee Ann Connelly (John); her stepchildren, Lindi Demanes and Bruce Herberger; her grandchildren, Veronica, Christopher, Kathleen, Ryan, Meghan and Cassidy; her stepgrandchildren, Derek and Shawna; her great grandchildren, Jacob, Daniella and Viviana; and her brother Richard (late Sue). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
