The memory of Gayle Grethe in Sun City, Arizona, born in Dayton, Ohio, who passed away on April 2, 2024 at the age of 78, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by : her husband William Grethe; and her brother John Short. She is survived by : her children, Donna BeLow (William) and Dave Fitzsimmons (Darcy); her grandchildren, Jessica Stanfel, Robert BeLow, Conor Fitzsimmons and Molly Fitzsimmons; her great grandchild Caleb Stanfel; and her sisters, Sandra Lunde, Claudia Woodworth, Connie Wilber (Brian) and Belinda Snyder (Robert). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 4th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Community Protestant Church (418 N Prairie Ave, Mundelein, IL 60060). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 4th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
