He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Blackburn and Thelma Blackburn; his wives, Creta Lindquist and Dorthy Littell; and his brothers, Keith (Anne) and Ben.
He is survived by: his children, Randy Blackburn (Nancy) and Lorri Evans (Bart); and his brother Don Blackburn. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren 6 grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren.
