He was predeceased by : his parents, Donald Wells and Virginia Piercy Wells; his mother-in-law Lucy Wells; and his former life partner Amity Ruth Gramento. He is survived by : his siblings, James (Donna Wells) of Gouverneur, Grace Wells of Ogdensburg and Virginia Watson of Gouverneur. He is also survived by several nephews and nieces.
