He was predeceased by: his parents, James Miller and Beatrice Miller; his sister Rita Gerencher; and his nephew Jeremy Adams. He is survived by: his wife Anne Miller (Lips); his daughters, Marie (Bill Kelly) and Mallory Miller; his siblings, Leona (Bob Adams) and Michael (Kristi); and his grandsons, Sean and Thomas Kelly. He is also survived by in-laws, nieces, and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the USO in memory of Tony.
