He is survived by: his wife Betsy; his daughters, Julie (Jack) and Elaine (Stefan); his grandchildren, Emily (Adam) and Eric (Brier); his stepdaughters, Michelle (Roger), Serena (Sergei) and Lucia Nicola; and his stepgrandchildren, Finn, Calypso, Matilda and Benjamin.
