He is survived by: his wife Leta (Bickett); his children, Paula Hoffman (Pete), Chad Berberich (Lisa) and Jonas Berberich (Tammy); his grandchildren, Stuart (Janessa), Alexandria (Ryan), Zachary (Allisa), Aaron, John Robert, Kylie, Brayden, Samuel, Dylan and Noah; his great grandchildren, Hamilton, Augustus, Lillian and Wyatt; his siblings, Karen Kotte (Clarence) and Brian Berberich (Sharon); and his siblings' child Kris Kotte (Renee).
