It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol Oby (Tucson, Arizona), born in Minot, North Dakota, who passed away on March 9, 2020, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, George Gesell and Effie Minerva; and her husband James Lynn Oby. She is survived by: her sons, Brad Oby of Dallas, GA, Scott Oby of Dallas, GA and Kelly James Oby of Vernon, AZ; and her sister Ruth Gilbert of Gulfport, MS. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, and eight great grandchildren.
