He is survived by: his wife Mary; his children, Samantha Sipe (Justin), Denise Eaton (Mike), Julie Forgach, Kenneth Nottingham, David Nottingham (Bettina), Greg Nottingham (Brenda), Don Nottingham (Tom) and Ernie Montez (Kelly); his grandchildren, Justus, Jared, Kelsey, Shelbey, Lyndsey, Brianna, Shari, Devan, Caitlyn, Kristi, Brandon, Justin, Joshua, Jordan, Corrina, Samuel, Anthony, Ronald and Kyle; and his sister Linda McClain (Brian).
