He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, Anthony (Tony) and Christine (Tina); his grandchildren, Aryana and Ian; his sister Loretta Jozefacki; his stepchildren, Jacquelyn, Alex and Alicia; his stepgrandchildren, Amber, Tiffany, Ethan and Emily; and his great grandchildren, Edwin, Derek, Owen and Kahlil.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for cash donations to cover funeral costs… because Dave would want it that way.
