She is survived by: her husband Nicolaas "Nico" Bloembergen; her grandchildren, Antonia Bloembergen (Michael L. Lewis), Brink Auke Bloembergen (Linda S. Johnsen) and Juliana Bloembergen Dalton (Robert E. Dalton); and her great grandchildren, Deliana Howine Dalton and Nicolaas Duncan Dalton. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
