She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Floyd Earnest and Anna Elizabeth Carbaugh (Johnson); her spouse Robert David Regina; her children, Gregory of Tucson, AZ, Mark (Karen) of Webster Groves, MO, Annette Logan (James C.) of Fredericksburg, PA, Vincent Heckman of Tucson, AZ and Amy Heckman (James) of Mescal, AZ; her grandchildren, Christine, Rebecca, Brandy, Robert, Megan, Alison, Margaret and Joseph; her stepgrandchildren, Alexander and Katherine; her great grandchildren, Charlotte and Virginia; and her siblings, Elizabeth Harp of Stafford, VA, Floyd Carbaugh Jr. (Mary) of Ft. Wayne, IN, Curtis Carbaugh (Suzanne) of Marienville, PA. and Robert. She was also cherished by her husband and five children.
