He was predeceased by: his parents, Jose Santillian and Elvira Santillian; his wife Maria R. Castro; his grandchildren, Joaquin Chacon and Angelic Castro; and his son Arturo "Tudy" Castro.
He is survived by: his wife Angela Castro; his children, Carlos R. Castro (Helen), Vera Chacon (Victor) and Frank G Castro Jr. (Elsie); and his stepson Michael Mendez (Elaine). He is also survived by his 8 Grandchildren, 17 Great-Grandchildren and 5 Great-Great-Grandchildren.
