He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Sylvia B. Pryor (Townsley) of Fulton, NY. and Charles E. Farley of Oswego, NY.; his children, John T. Farley, Joseph D. Farley, Terri L. Dubbe, Vickie L. Purcell and Valerie L. Annibal; and his siblings, Charolette Bracy, Jan White, Christine Montgomery, David Farley, Stuart Farley and Joan Miller. He was also cherished by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
