She was predeceased by: her mother Kay Rook. She is survived by: her husband George R. O'Hagin Jr.; her father Samuel Rook (Zury Rook); her children, Stacy Rook, Mary Rose O'Hagin and Daniel O'Hagin; her grandchildren, Kaydee Azevedo, Gwendolyn and Evan Nichols; her brother Todd Rook; her niece Holly; and her nephew Andrew Rook. She is also survived by sister-in-laws/mother-in-laws.
