He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Stella; his children, Gilbert (Debee), Hector (Marybeth), Norma (Julio Trujillo), Mary Alice (Wendell McGehee), Irene (Dan Ramirez), Rob (Carolyn), Mike (Peggie) and Irma (Bob Mitton); and his sister Carmen Mayer. He was also cherished by 23 grandchildren; 31 great grandchildren.
