She was predeceased by: her father Jose L. Ortiz; and her siblings, Jose Manuel Ortiz and Josephine Ortiz. She is survived by: her mother Concepcion M. Ortiz; her children, Stephanie M. Alvarado and Paul Michael Alvarado; her grandchildren, Stephen Alvarado, Daniel Lopez, Andrew Lopez and Alexis Lopez; her great grandchild Lelissa Lopez; her partner Jerry E. Pipes; and her siblings, Raul Ortiz, Bonifacio Ortiz (Lupe), Margarita Raley (Jessie), Juan Ortiz and Aurora Avalos (Eddie).
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 from 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the Martinez Funeral Chapels - Tucson (2580 S 6th Ave, Tucson, AZ 85713). A rosary will be held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Our Lady of Fatima Parish (1950 Irvington Pl, Tucson, AZ 85746). A Mass will be held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM and at 1:00 PM at the Holy Hope Cemetery (3555 N Oracle Rd, Tucson, AZ 85705). A celebration of life will be held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Our Lady of Fatima Parish in the Church (1950 Irvington Pl, Tucson, AZ 85746).
