He is survived by: his wife Ramona; his daughter Betsy Murray; his son-in-law Conrad; his son Eric Vergara; and his daughter-in-law Griscelda. He is also survived by his five granddaughters (all sisters and, in his golden years, were all "the apple of his eyes"): Ashley, Dámaris, Erica, Gisselle and Janessa Vergara; his extended family.
