He was predeceased by: his parents, Raul Carrasco and Elena Carrasco-Lockwood; his sister Norma Gil; and his granddaughter Jaselle Casey. He is survived by: his wife Martha G. Carrasco; his daughter Luz Elena Carrasco-Casey (Jeremy Casey); his stepdaughter Lorraine Parra Morales; his sons, Raul Carrasco III and Eduardo Carrasco (Debra Carrasco); and his siblings, Maria Dolores Carrasco Lockwood, Gerardo Carrasco, Eleazar Carrasco and Mario Cesar Carrasco. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
