He is survived by: his siblings, Art Nicholson of Caryville, Angie Miller and Amanda Baker of Cleveland; and his siblings' children, Lindy Nicholson, Sara Miller, Sierra Baker and Aaron Miller. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
