Lowe; his children, Robert Lowe Jr., Ruben Lowe (Elena), Richard Lowe (Delia), Roy Lowe (Rosie), Irene Lozano (Ray), Gina Lowe-Martinez (Edward) and Roseanne Flores (Tony); and his siblings, Armida, Armando Lowe, Alfonzo Lowe and Santiago Lowe Jr.. He was also cherished by 17 grandchildren, 32 great-grandchildren and 19 great-great-grandchildren.
