He is survived by : his wife Carol Miller; his children, Rhonda Phillips (Dave), Jonathan Southwick, David Southwick (Lynette) and Micah Southwick (Nicole); his sisters, Rebecca Jennings and Rose Storrey; and his grandchildren, Savannah Kellick (Jesse), Colten Phillips, Abrianna Phillips, Josiah Southwick, Matthew Southwick (Tilly), Benjamin Southwick, Jacob Southwick, Lily Southwick and Amana Southwick. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
