He is survived by: his parents, Strauder O'Neal and Evelyn O'Neal; his sister Anita Lane; his grandson Anthony James Stepaniak; his wife Edith Sue O'Neal; and his sister Peggy Colleen Foley. He is also survived by children and their spouses; Nancy Marie Rosa and Robert, William Strauder O'Neal and Lara, Joseph Wayne O'Neal and Wendy, Leslie Allen O'Neal and Lisa, and Thomas Russell O'Neal and Jenna, nineteen grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
