He was predeceased by: his parents, Timothy J. Hurley II and Virginia D. Hurley (Hink); and his son Timothy M. Rachal. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Herzig-Hurley; his children, Jennifer K. Hurley and Timothy J. Hurley IV; and his brothers, Glenn Michael Hurley (Kathy) and Norman Ferretti (Amelia). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
