She was predeceased by: her husband Darwin Petersen; her brothers, Garnet and Terry Blohn; and her sister-in-law Myrna Sahl. She is survived by: her children, Sheldon Petersen (Donita) of Leesburg, Virginia, Curtis Petersen (Deester) of Sioux Center, Iowa and Beth Brower (Charles) of Torrington, Connecticut; her grandchildren, Mark Pannier, Kate Petersen Heyer (William), Ryan Pannier, Kristin Petersen Evans (Daniel), Cary Petersen (Emily), Jess Petersen and Andrew Pannier (Cassie); her great grandchildren, Brooklyn Petersen, Colleen Heyer, Annie Pannier, John Evans, Brennan Heyer and Luke Evans; and her siblings-in-law, Gary Petersen (Judy) of Osceola, Marc Petersen (Carlene) of Omaha, Nebraska and Lorna Blohn of Cedar Falls, Iowa. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
