He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Wesley E. Turner and Nellie I. Turner; his wife Maxine Lois Turner; his children, Steven Turner (Debbie), Elizabeth McElvain (Damon), Norma Bowley (Alan) and Nancy Benscoter; and his stepdaughters, Susan McGovern (Terry) and Jenny Dickman. He was also cherished by grandchildren and twenty-three dear great-grandchildren.
