He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon and Mary; his siblings, Edward and Tina; and his stepsons, Ernesto and Carlos.

He is survived by: his wife Rosa; his daughter Carla (Dean); his stepchildren, Eduardo (Mara), Luis, Barbara, Donna and JoAnn (Ronnie); his sisters, Bernadette and Janice (Don); and his brother-in-law Pat. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, 3 nieces and 4 nephews.
