It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Theodore Mills of Albany, California, born in Chesterfield, South Carolina, who passed away on April 17, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, John Lester and Sarah Ann Mills (Purvis). He is survived by : his wife Chong Taek Shim; his children, John (Laura), James (Brenda Hamilton), Thomas (Megan), Vanessa (Joseph Seidler) and Timothy (Shoko); his grandchildren, Grant, Alexandra, Abigail, Koko, Theodore and James; his siblings, Charles Mills and Lou Ida McNeil; and his niece Daphne Mills. He is also survived by the many nieces and nephews.
