She is survived by: her children, James Samuel Dose (Candice), Debra Renee Sanders (Matthew) and Timothy Alan Dose (Karen); her grandsons, Christopher Alan Dose (Katie), Daniel James Dose (Lennia), Dustin Wayne Dose (Michele), Timothy Scott Dose (Julia), Matthew Alan Dose (Skylar) and Zachery Michael Dose; and her great grandchildren, Abbi, Alec, Eli, Bella, Olli and Carrie.
