He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Streetman and Nancy Jewel Streetman; and his brothers, Lawrence, Rosco and Oscar.
He is survived by: his sisters, Maudell Piper and Mary Lou LolSelle; his wife Barbara; his children, Dale (Teri), Shawn (Norma) and Laurie Shaffer; his stepdaughter Renee Martin; and his siblings, Donald "Don" (Diane), Arnold "Arnie" (Sharon), Lois Irwin and Angela "Angie" Sturdivant. He is also survived by Cousins, Nieces, Nephews, Grandchildren, Great Grandchildren and Great-Great Grandchildren.
