He is survived by: his siblings, Leyton, Peggy and Robert; and his children, Anne Franson (Don), Nancy Woolf, John Woolf (Mary Pat), Mike Woolf (Shelly), Stuart Woolf (Lisa) and Chris Woolf (Sarah). He is also survived by wife/ "best friend" of over 70 years.

Jack & Bernice have also been long time supporters of St. Agnes Medical Center, Valley Children's Hospital and Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
