She was predeceased by: her parents, Doroteo Carrisales and Josefa Carrisales; and her sons, Roland, Rudy, Ruban and Lupe.

She is survived by: her spouse Guadalupe Castaneda; and her sons, Roy and Ray. She is also survived by 14 brothers and sisters, 24 grandchildren, and 29 great grandchildren, and numerous great, great, grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
