With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elida Cortinas (Bakersfield, California), born in Raymondville, Texas, who passed away on May 12, 2021 at the age of 90. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Elida Cortinas to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Benito Cortinas and Fernanda Cortinas (Vitela); her husband Pablo Samarripas Jr.; her children, Ruben Samarripas, Elias Samarripas, Joseph Samarripas, Pablo Samarripas Jr. II and Alice Solis Samarripas; and her grandson David Solis.

She is survived by : her children, Norma Olivo, Anabel Trevino and Dennis Samarripas; and her siblings, George Cortinas of Bay City, Texas and Dolores Cortinas Martinez of Bay City, Texas.. She is also survived by 26 grandchildren and many great- grandchildren.
