She was loved and cherished by many people including : her husband Guilford G. H. Congdon of Duluth; her siblings, Elinore Maney (Beau) and Joseph Parker; her parents, Joseph Fletcher Parker and Elinore Emily Russell; and her children, John (JoAnn), Jeffery (Katherine), Marcia, David (Nancy), Roger (Bobbie) and Edward (Linda). She was also cherished by 7 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
