He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe (Mary Barcelos) and Kerman; his wife Joanne Valentino; his sons, Joe and Michael Barcelos; and his son-in-law Treg Hutchings.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kathy Halstead (Andy) and Judy Schulz; his daughter-in-law Kim Barcelos; his grandchildren, Drew, Gordon Halstead (Tamar), Jared (Emily), Justin (Marissa), Rachel Barcelos and Brianna Schulz; and his great grandchildren, Annie, Everett and Cora Barcelos.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 6th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Whitehurst Sullivan Burns & Blair Funeral Home (836 E Nees Ave, Fresno, CA 93720). A rosary will be held on Wednesday, August 6th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Peter's Catholic Cemetery (264 N Blythe Ave, Fresno, CA 93706).
