It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeanne Perez of Bakersfield, California, who passed away on June 20, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Leatha Annabelle Feeler and Jeff Johnston Piercy; and her stepson Steven Nils Perez. She is survived by : her husband Mark Jon Perez; her sons, Robert Thomas Reed of Hampstead, MD and Michael Lawrence Reed of Bakersfield, CA; her stepson Michael Jon Perez (Melissa Mallory); her granddaughter Eleanor Elizabeth of Alameda, CA; her stepdaughter Kate Elizabeth Perez of Walnut Creek, CA; and her sister Ann Lisa Piercy Major.
She died unexpectedly of cardiovascular disease (not COVID-19).
Instead of flowers, Jeanne suggested donations to be made to the Wounded Warrior Project (WWP) a charity that assists our wounded military veterans, something very close to Jeanne's heart.
