He was predeceased by : his parents, Nieves Sr. Franco and Margarita Franco; and his wife Juanita. He is survived by : his daughters, Jeanne Hernandez and Margaret Mendez. He is also survived by Seven grandchildren, eighteen great-grandchildren, four great great-grandchildren.
