He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilbert Dennis and Julia Dennis of Winnebago, MN. He is survived by: his wife Blanche Dennis of Banning, CA; his daughters, Donna Vano and Linda Santley; his granddaughter Rachel Smith; and his great grandchild Ivy Smith.

In lieu of flowers, the family ask that donations be made to "Children's Hospital of Los Angeles" http://www.childrensmiraclenetworkhospitals.org.
