He was predeceased by : his father Joe Mary Rios; his siblings, Robert Rios, Joe Rios Jr., Ralph Rios, Gilbert Rios and Magdalene Sanchez; his nieces, Felicia McCafferty and Theresa Sanchez; and his great-niece Evangelina Ysiano.

He is survived by : his sisters, Cecilia Rios, Isabel Rios, Genevieve Herring and Rita Delgado (Jaime Delgado).

A reception will be held on Friday, May 17th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Weaver Mortuary (1177 Beaumont Ave, Beaumont, CA 92223).
