Jeffrey E. Torr Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeffrey E. Torr of Benicia, California, who passed away on June 3, 2021, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Francis Torr and Florence Jeanette Torr (Whitmore); his siblings, Pamela Wiesenfeld and Terry Torr; his nephew Matthew Wiesenfeld (Kristin); and his nieces, Sarah Provost and Rebecca Gaffley (John). He was also cherished by grandnieces, and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials donations in Jeff's name may be made to CHP 1199 Foundation, CHP 320 Squad Club, Gary Sinise Foundation, Guitars in the Classroom, or Solano County Friends of Animals.
