She was predeceased by : her mother Joann Smith. She is survived by : her children, Randy Van Buskirk, Angie Collins (Brian) and Kristin Van Buskirk (Adam); her father Donald Smith; her sisters, Trina Beck (David), Tracy Thompson (Joe) and Tanya Mitchell (Mark); and her grandsons, Alberto, Brandon, Anthony and Joshua. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
