He was predeceased by : his grandfather Juan Dominguez. He is survived by : his parents, Gracie Dominguez of Brawley and Robert Hurtado of Arizona; his children, Robert, Stephanie, Ashley, Damien, Maricruz, Blake and Angel; and his siblings, Aurelia Concha Alvarez of Brawley and Juan "Gene" Alvarez Jr. of Las Vegas, NV. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews and nieces.
