He was predeceased by: his father Dr. Richard Vincent Bertain, Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Mary Frances Sullivan Bertain; his wife Leticia Bertain; his stepchild Yojany Adair (Josh); his son Freddy Castellon; his siblings, Richard Vincent Bertain, Jr. (Kellie), Kevin Bertain, Suzanne Bertain Todorovic, Alisa Bertain Phillips (Dennis) and Stacia Bertain Nemeth (John); his siblings' children, Jonathan Bertain, George Todorovic, Lucas Nemeth, Stefan Todorovic, Jordan Bertain, Jackson Bertain, Jessica Bertain Dubane (Steve), Angela Bertain and Marika Nemeth; his uncle Mike; his great-nephew Dillon; his great-niece Olivia; and also Jennifer Adair. He is also survived by his many aunts, uncles and cousins.
